Mike was on top of his game through out the whole process. I had a difficult sale but it's what I wanted. He was able to negotiate with the seller and made the transaction go smooth. He also followed up with me during and after the sale.

Michael spent almost a year trying to find us the right place. We were looking at land first and then we wanted land on the water and then we decided we wanted a condo by the grand kids. From the moment we expressed interest in touring a property, Michael responded within minutes and engaged in a detailed discussion about the north-central Florida area, where we were looking to purchase a home. Michael Vandiver very professional if you have questions he will get back with you.he will work with you on any type purchase no matter what the cost.some realtors if they cant make 10 grand on sale they want even talk to you.but thats not Michael Vandiver he helped no matter the price when i need a realtor again it will be Michael Vandiver. and i would recommend him in a heart beat.
